  2. Become a skilled e-sourcer – but, be careful, as can we trust LinkedIn?
  3. Fluent – Are you fluent in social media? Do you have a strong LinkedIn and Twitter profile?]
  4. Generation C  – Make sure you become a member of Gen C.
  5. Magnet – If you want to attract the best talent, you want to become a talent magnet.
