Undercover Recruiter (theundercoverrecruiter.com) is run by Link Humans, 9 Noel St, Soho, London. This page explains what information we collect when you use the site, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Usage information. We use Google Analytics to see which pages are popular, how people find the site, and roughly where visitors are based. It doesn’t tell us who you are.
- Messages you send us. If you contact us through our contact page, we keep your name, email address and message so we can reply.
- Server information. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site secure and running.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to make the site work. We also use Google Analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can turn off analytics cookies in your browser settings at any time, and the site will still work.
Affiliate links
Some links go to software vendors and to our partner SelectSoftware Reviews. We may earn a commission if you buy or sign up through them. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your information. We share it only with Google (for analytics), with the companies that host and run the site, and where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Analytics data is kept by Google for up to 14 months. Messages are kept only as long as needed to reply and follow up. Server logs are deleted after a short period.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop using it. To do any of these, contact us through the link above. If you’re not happy with our reply, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
