If you’re like me, and a big lover of music – you’ll know that whatever situation you’re in, there’s a song that goes with it! This also applied to situations when you’re feeling demotivated – there are definitely songs you can listen to to improve you’re mood and get you up, motivated and raring to go. Research has also shown that listening to music can have a multitude of positive effects on the body including:

- Reducing stress
- Elevating mood
- Reducing anxiety

One of my top motivational songs ever!

Really gives off ‘feel good’ vibes.
8) Don’t Stop Me Now – Queen
The title of the song says it all really… perfect motivational tune for a Monday morning!
9) I’m Still Standing – Elton John
An oldie but a goodie…
10) Can’t Hold Us – Macklemore & Ryan Lewis
