What HR Tech Solutions Do Companies Need in 2015? [INFOGRAPHIC]

New research by our friends at The Starr Conspiracy Intelligence Unit shows companies will focus on HR technology solutions that drive employee engagement, measure performance, and give business leaders tools to unlock potential in their talent. This unique research shows different priorities based on certain company demographics or based on respondents’ leadership level within companies.

How companies require HR technology:

  • More than half (57%) of the 210 companies surveyed said they plan to buy some type of HR technology solution in the coming 12 months.
  • Companies with fewer than 1,000 employees had the greatest need for HR technology solutions in 2015. The smaller the company, the more the need appears to be.
  • The top five categories of HR tech likely to be purchased is performance management, employee engagement measurement, learning, leadership development and HR analytics.
  • Regardless of company size, performance management solutions rank high. Companies with 100-999 employees and those with 1k+ employees also share a need for HR analytics. Those with 100-999 employees and those with under 100 employees also say they plan to buy core HR/HRIS solutions.
