The recruiting industry is much like the natural world: it’s constantly evolving, shifting, taking on different forms. The consequence is that to remain relevant as a recruiter or HR leader, you have to stay on top of what’s happening right now, to familiarize yourself with the latest innovations, technologies, and hiring approaches. Fortunately, it’s rather easy to do so, thanks to the huge number of talent acquisition events and conventions that populate the annual calendar.
What’s not so easy is deciding on which events to attend – there are so many of them, after all, and each differs slightly in focus. To make it easier for you to choose, we’ve rounded up 10 of the top 2019 recruiting conferences that we consider well worth attending. Open your calendar and pencil in these popular options.
