How to Manage Introverts and Extroverts

Would you call yourself an introvert or extrovert? The fact is that most employees will fall into two main categories:

  • Introverts (30-50% of the population)
  • Extroverts (50-70% of the population)

Research has shown this leads to different dominant skill sets.

Introverts:

  • Memory
  • Planning
  • Problem Solving
  • Motor Control
  • Self regulation

Extroverts:

  • Processing new information
  • Applying new knowledge quickly
  • Talking more abstractly
  • Risk Taking
