How to Become a Morning Person

You’ve tried going home before the bar’s last call, setting your alarm to blare heavy metal, and downing a cup of coffee even before you pull back the sheets.

Becoming a morning person is more than just forcing yourself to rise with the sun.

  • Stop using electronics 45-60 minutes before you go to sleep.
  • Use some relaxing music to lull you into sleep.
  • Taking a hike/walk in the morning can help you wake up.
  • Apparently, there’s a dish called ‘breakfast burrito’ – I’ll have two of those!
